Tranquil Shores Waterfront Cottage is situated at Toronto NSW on the shores of Lake Macquarie, one of the largest salt water lagoons in Australia, desirably set between 30 km of pristine coastline and the beautiful forests of the Watagan Mountains. On a navigable lake 4.5 times the area of Sydney Harbour there is a lot to fall in love with, tranquil cruising, bountiful fishing opportunities and plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their water sport. The appealing beauty of the lake can be viewed from the long porch of the cottage. With over 90 towns and villages to explore, fantastic surf beaches and first rate walking trails. As it is stated earlier Toronto city is located nearby, this gives the visitors ample scope to explore the city. As per the name suggests the waterfront cottage offers you a cozy dwelling along with your family. Either you take a walk at the garden or simply sit and enjoy our well furnished garden.

Penny and Malcolm have been hosting this accommodation since the year 2000. The Studio Suite is contained in a separate cottage adjacent to the main house; it is private and self-contained and incorporates undercover parking at the entrance door. The cottage contains an en suite, well equipped kitchen, main room containing queen bed, dressing table, television, comfortable chairs, bay window seat, air conditioning, and waterfront door leading to the lake veranda. Laundry facilities and Wi-Fi are available. Pride is taken in our garden.

Our owner offers yacht cruise on lake Macquarie and has a parking space in our yard for a boat trailer and jetties adjacent to the house.
